TODAY’S MEETING (12/17/24)

Zooming in: Pamela Asbury-Smith, our Colorado rep; Jennifer Beauchamp– our N Carolina rep.

We made writing a big part of our lives today. The Eastside Tucson Writing Room closed out our 2024 Tuesday meetings with a Hybrid meeting- Zoom with Tucson reps ( Kathy MacIntosh left early ), and Jennifer Beauchamp, N Carolina, and Pamela Asbury-Smith, Colorado.

Left to right: Sally Lanyon, Penelope Starr, Beth Murfee, Ethel Lee-Miller, Susan Smith, Pat Bean. Kathy McIntosh- Missing from photo. Hank Miller -photographer

Then a Holiday Lunch with the in-person writers, and writing at the writing table, or sitting on the sofa, or feet up on the comfy white chair.

WHAT WE ACCOMPLISHED

The only sound was the hum of energy as 7 writers created- journaling, revising, blogging, posting, proofreading, creating rough drafts, tracking  writing history, final drafts for coursework, creating this blog. Each of us inspiring the others and carrying out our intentions. I’d say that was a good meeting.

HOW TO JOIN OUR GROUP

If you are interested in gathering via Zoom each week to be inspired to write, share your intention aloud, and then, without drifting off to do something else, do a BIC  (butt in chair) and write, contact ETHEL

No fee, no sharing of mailing list, no critique, no cell phones, no interruptions

Yes- expanding our craft of writing, time for writing, supporting writing.
