Hello Ethel Lee,
Tucson is a little far for me, I could travel to one of the courses but not both. Tell me how much you charge. Do you have a representative in NJ who could duplicate your classes? They sound so interesting. I have had an ad agency and wrote all of the copy and headline. Received lots of awards for the headlines and was copied by many local agencies. i just finished writing a 16pg newsletter to seniors after 8 years. They didin’t want me to stop the response was fantastic but I was also doing the sales to pay for it, etc. I got to be too much. I want to finish a memoir or just write articles taken from my memoir, I think they could be very interesting.
Sincerely,
Alice
Hello Alice, It’s great to meet another writer who continues writing and branches out into other areas. I know the feeling of doing all the work surrounding a writing project. The writing is heaven, but we need clones to do the other ‘work’- sales, marketing, networking.
Memoir is my writing genre of choice, I could be addicted to it. My first book was a memoir of my experiences of being an identical twin. If you want I can send you a list of memoir books (both how to and non-fiction) that were helpful and treasured reads for memoir. Send me an email address. Also check my blogs Nov. 26 and 27 on Writing Classics. Classic #5 and #6 two wonderful books on Memoir. . Wishing you many creative thoughts and many happy hours to write them down. Please stay in touch. Ethel
